HBO has released the first season 6 poster for Game of Thrones starring the not-quite-dead Jon Snow (played by Kit Harrington), and promising a much speculated about April 2016 release. The poster doesn’t reveal much beyond the fact that Jon Snow has somehow survived his season 5 finale demise. Game of Thrones will launch the next round of HBO’s series. In the past Game of Thrones has not brought resurrected past characters (like Lady Stoneheart), from the Song of Ice and Fire series, so it will be interesting to see what – if any – explanation is given behind Kit Harrington’s continuing performances.
