TVInsider has the first look at B.D. Wong as Hugo Strange. He will join the cast of Gotham on Fox in the second half of season 2. Hugo Strange is said to be connected with the cryptic Indian Hill facility where he performs human experiments. Wong had this to say: “What [he] is doing in there is indeed very, very bad. Imagine the worst thing someone might do, then multiply that by 10.” Gotham resumes its second season on Monday, February 29th at 8/9c on Fox.
