After seeing the latest trailer for Rango, the only thing I can say is “wow”.
A chameleon that aspires to be a swashbuckling hero finds himself in a Western town plagued by bandits and is forced to literally play the role in order to protect it.
The animation looks totally great, and the story appears to blend elements of the Brave Little Tailor, High Noon, Support Your Local Sheriff and others in a quirky animated movie. Rango arrives in theaters on March 4, 2011.
