I finally had a chance to catch an episode of Batman: Brave and the Bold this past weekend, and now I’m curious about what the action figures will look like. A quick search of the Interweb Nets and the answer is found in the form of Mattel’s packaging for the upcoming Brave and the Bold line.
Wow! Just saw this come up on the Mattel Matty Collector website. Amanda Waller gets her own figure in 2009!. We already revealed quite a lot at SDCC 2008 of our 2009 line up, but wanted to give everyone a little holiday treat before the New Year. Take a gander at the image below! Sad news today, as a friend of the Eartha Kitt family reports that the singer and actress has passed at 81 years of age. Most readers of Major Spoilers will remember Kitt as the second Catwoman from the 1967-1968 Batman television show. Kitt, a self-proclaimed “sex kitten” famous for her catlike purr, was one of America’s most versatile performers, winning two Emmys and getting a third nomination. She also was nominated for two Tony Awards and a Grammy. She will be missed. via Variety
This might be one more reason not to see the 20th Century Fox Wolvering movie when it arrives. In a ruling by Los Angeles federal judge Gary Allen, his honor saw fit to release an intial ruling that says Fox owns a copyright interest in Warner Bros. Watchmen movie. “Fox owns a copyright interest consisting of, at the very least, the right to distribute the ‘Watchmen’ motion picture,†the ruling said. Yikes. Considering that Fox’s original motion was set up to keep Watchmen from being released on March 6, this puts a big damper on the film. While I agree…
