    6) ATOM EVE HAS NO LEG TO STAND ON

    During her pregnancy, Atom Eve found that using her powers to rearrange atomic structures was harmful to her unborn child.  That made it even more awful when her former teammate Robot engages in his plan to take over the world (in the name of better protecting it, mind you), using her as a wedge against Invincible.  When Eve tries to escape, Robot reminds us that it is, after all, a Robert Kirkman comic, and you shouldn’t get attached to anyone.  Fortunately, she and the baby survive, and she gets a cool cybernetic limb in the bargain.

    Once upon a time, there was a young nerd from the Midwest, who loved Matter-Eater Lad and the McKenzie Brothers... If pop culture were a maze, Matthew would be the Minotaur at its center. Were it a mall, he'd be the Food Court. Were it a parking lot, he’d be the distant Cart Corral where the weird kids gather to smoke, but that’s not important right now... Matthew enjoys body surfing (so long as the bodies are fresh), writing in the third person, and dark-eyed women. Amongst his weaponry are such diverse elements as: Fear! Surprise! Ruthless efficiency! An almost fanatical devotion to pop culture! And a nice red uniform.

      I was just looking up Old Man Logan, now that was ridiculous – eating Wolverine should be on here… but also the indigestion afterwards. Very wrong.
