Fans of POP! Vinyl figures and Batman: The Animated Series have reason to celebrate today as Funko announces the two are colliding into each other in the form of Batman: The Animated Series POP!s.
The first wave includes Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Joker, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy.
It seems POP! Vinyl figures continue to grow in popularity, but I wonder if the company is flooding the market. Our local Hastings, the chain that is set to close in a few weeks, still have a 60 foot long wall filled top to bottom with POP! Vinyl figures that look like they are not going to sell at all.
That being said, I have a feeling this series is going to sell like hotcakes. There is no word on a release date, but hopefully we have these in time for the holiday shopping season, as I know at least one person who will want all of these come Gift Opening Day.
