This was a great episode and I am glad it made me want to say so. Because by doing so I learned that it’s New Romancer, not Neuromancer. Which I was wondering about, but thought I missed something. Maybe I did!
I watched this week’s Ash Vs. ED but I thought it was kinda the weakest so far, but still better than most things on TV. And the characters are fun so there you go.
The review of Fell’s Five was especially interesting because it was done by game players and designers who we know from years of Critical Hits.
Really good episode, the Fell’s Five discussion was really interesting for the same reasons Lemmy said.
(I still defend my choices for shows cancelled before their time. Next time I’ll look beyond my dvd shelf for more variety. :))
The bad thing about the Legends of Tomorrow Anthology series is that all stories in that book were originally announced as mini-series last year. I guess after the declining sales numbers of the recent minis and try out serieseseses (like Doomed which ended too soon just to lead back into Teen Titans) DC isn’t as confident in their stuff as they were in the beginning of the DCYou initiative. I would have checked into Sugar and Spike, but buying an $8 anthology book with lots of stuff I’m not interested in is no option!
And one thing I forgot: I think the title was just added to profit from the estimated success the TV-show might have.
No doubt
