It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Major Spoilers. First, there was a holiday a couple weeks ago that threw everything out of whack. Then this past weekend, the Major Spoilers website packed up and moved to a brand new server (how do you like our new digs?), so our minds were a bit preoccupied with many things. That didn’t stop the news… on the march!
- DC outs Alan Scott as the new gay hero in the DCnU, and there are more on the way, according to writer James Robinson.
- X-Men: First Class sequel gets a release date.
- Thor 2 release date gets moved upped a week, while the Lone Ranger gets pushed.
- The Arrow won’t feature super-powered heroes
- G.I. Joe sequel gets bumped, and now we know why.
- The Iron Patriot armor will appear in Iron Man 3, but who will be on the inside?
Lots amazing movie news for comic book fans… so why do so many people say the age of the comic book movie have come to an end?

Funny thing with GI JOE 2 moving the release, let HASBRO’s bum hanging in the wind releasing all the GI Joe 2 toys during the usual month or so before the original date release of the movie….
