While you may not know the name William Fichtner, you do recognize the face as the actor has appeared in everything from Entourage and Black Hawk Down to Prison Break and the Dark Knight. Next year, you’ll see him as the big bad in Disney’s The Lone Ranger.
According to Deadline, Dwight Yoakam had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts, which means Fichter is in as the bad buy that the Lone Ranger must go up against. There’s been no word on who the bad guy will be, but we do know a young Danny Reid makes an appearance, so I wonder if Fichtner will play Butch Cavendish?
