Iron Man III anyone? Of course, my first thoughts were “Rescue is a dumb-ass codename” and “What Avengers team will they end up putting her on?”.
I’m sure that as soon as she utters the words “Rescue to the rescue” and everyone face palms she’ll get a better name.
She’s not going to be an Avenger, they fight things, she saves people while both are not as mutually exclusive as the Avengers make it look I don’t see her working as part of team anytime soon.
I think it’s funny that War machine still looks like Terrance Howard.
That was my thought too, and a younger Terrence Howard at that. I work with T.H.’s aunt and she Rhodey looked like him but she thought he looked a little too young. Another thing though is that I didn’t think that Stark or Pepper Potts looked much like their silver screen counterparts.
Why does Rescue’s costume need breasts? So random.
because it’s a form fitting exo skeleton? Breasts make sense. Of everything actually.
Attention Marvel Comics:
Please name Ms. Potts heroic alter-ego Iron Maiden. And keep her silver-and-red.
That is all.
Dumb asses.
@Aubreii- I would agree with you IF they hadnt shown that last frame. It clearly shows the armor lifted up and the suit underneath pressing down on her chest. Its not form fitting. Just gratuitous.
Maybe there are some Fem-Bot machine gun jumblies in the breastplate, or it’s so that the casual reader will know off the jump that it’s a female in armor and not Tony. If she was just in a more uni-sex red and silver suit of iron and not standing directly beside Tony, I’d probably just skim past the book on the wall and just assume Tony was revisiting an old costume for a while.
i like the Ironman most wanted, Rescue better than the Stark resiliant one. the pointy chin makes it more feminine.
