Silent Devil Productions has announced several staff changes in the company.
- Melanie Barnes has move to Director of Public Relations, but will also remain an Assistant Editor on special projects.
- Christian Beranek will be the full time Publisher
- Thomas Mauer is the new Production Coordinator
- Lauren Perry has taken the role of Editor-In-Chief
In a prepared statment, Christian Beranek said, “It was a tough decision for me to hand over the Editor-In-Chief reigns. I’ve been doing this for so long I feel like it’s a part of me. But due to my current freelance writing and editing duties I realized I needed to bring someone on board that is capable, but also believes in the spirit of Silent Devil. I couldn’t think of a better person than Lauren Perry.”
“I am so honored and so grateful to be a part of the Silent Devil family,” says Lauren Perry. “To be given this opportunity to nurture the independent spirit of the company while Christian works on pursuing his ever-growing writing career. Keep your eyes peeled, because you’re going to be hearing a lot more from the very passionate Christian Beranek in the coming years. Silent Devil holds a very special place in my heart, and I will do everything in my power to always stay true to foundation and vision that makes it so unique. I’ve also had the privilege of working with both Melanie Barnes and Thomas Mauer on projects in the past, and I can’t think of two more qualified and or talented people to join our already strong team.”
