At the end of the Spider-Man panel at the San Diego Comic Con, Marvel showed the audience this image. Fans of the Spider-Man universe instantly recognized the blue hoodie as the one that belongs/belonged to Ben Reilly, Peter Parker’s clone. Does this mean Ben is back? We’ll leave that for you to debate as you wait for the answer at some point in the future. And by future we mean the very near future, as we expect to see Marvel solicitations for October as early as Monday. via Comic Vine

There were lots of surprises during Sony’s The Amazing Spider-Man panel yesterday at the San Diego Comic Con. Not only did attendees get a sneak peek of the big bad villain (The Lizard), there was a “surprise” appearance by Spider-Man Andrew Garfield. Just received the PR packet from Diamond regarding the next issue of Previews, and it triggered two things in my head – first, my latest order is now past due, and second, it looks like after Marvel’s Fear Itself ends, The Fearless begins.
