MODOK is one of those characters that has always freaked me the F**K out. A giant head, with tiny arms, and a rocket strapped to his ass, are the makings of nightmares that plagued me for years when I was in my early teens. Now Marvel has cranked the creep factor up to 11 with the reveal that MODOK got a set of spider legs for Christmas thanks to Gabriel Hardman with input from Jeff Parker.

Image Comics let us in on the upcoming Mike Huddleston and Joe Casey collaboration and it does confirm what many of us suspected – adult material. The long teaser campaign from Image is now complete with the big reveal being Butcher Baker: The Righteous Maker #1. The book is written by Joe Casey with Mike Huddleston on art. In an interview from May of this year, Huddleston is quoted as saying it is, “a twisted, adults-only tale of demented superfiction and two-lane blacktop mayhem.
