I’m a little confused. Mainly because Prometheus and Alien are essentially the same property. So what we actually have is just another Alien v. Predator rehash (which I love by the way) but probably with black goo and half evolved Predator-baddies mixed in.
Why do they even bother with the humans, in that case?
I wonder if the “Prometheus” label might be their way of saying “We’re putting in more than just the xenomorphs this time” and including other alien species of the franchise (which is still a bit redundant, I agree).

I really should have a more substantial comment about this, but my initial feeling is meh. I don’t really care about any of those properties anymore.
