2) COWBOY WALLY
Disproving Dean Wormer’s advice about going through life fat, drunk and stupid, Wallace Spampanato may have questionable morals, but he’s also a genuinely terrible person. Still, he manages to repeatedly create his own production houses (even his own NETWORK!) and once pulled off an “epic” movie version of Hamlet while incarcerated, so the man’s resourceful as all hell.
It’s also hilarious to watch him continually fail in more and more terrible ways. He’s sort of the patron saint of Ten Things, in that respect, hence my borrowing of his catchphase…

Wasn’t Crossfire from DNAgents land (Eclipse Comics) a Hollywood guy? Also the Fly from Marvel — a stuntman? Not sure about that one.
Crossfire was a bail bondsman in L.A., so tangentially Hollywood…
“Human Fly”, sorry.

Thanks for the lists! Always fun
The Human Fly was a fave-rave of mine, based loosely on a real-life stuntman, so his absence here is entirely one of “only ten spaces.” :)
I would have included Animal Man and Blue Devil on the list. Both of them are stunt/special effects guys.
Ooh, Blue Devil is an excellent call!
