6) THE FLASH
27th Century historian John Fox was sent into his past in a desperate attempt to recruit one of the three major Flashes (Garrick, Allen or West, he wasn’t choosy), but failed in that mission. Fortunately, he was gifted with his own super-speed powers to save the day once he returned to 2645. A chance encounter with Wally West led John to travel into his past and operate as The Flash during a time when Wally was lost in the timestream, acting as Keystone City’s protector and even putting the moves on Wally’s then-girlfriend Linda.
