Stakar Ogord’s past is a tangle of time-travel and alternate realities, starting when Quasar of the Avengers sorta/kinda impregnated the cosmic entity known as Kismet. (It got… complicated.) Their child was raised by Arcturans and, as an adult, his mind sent back in time to inhabit his infant body. Thus empowered with knowledge of the future, Stakar became “The One Who Knows” and joined the 30th century Guardians of the Galaxy, using a vast array of powers that he got from a wandering Hawk God.
