Initially encountered by Superboy as an out-of-control juvenile delinquent known as “The Knave From Krypton”, Dev-Em quickly tired of 20th Century Earth, and traveled to the 30th Century, home of the Legion Of Super-Heroes. Taming his rogue nature, Dev-Em actually uses his reputation to infiltrate a criminal organization and save Superboy from Gold Kryptonite. He turns down Legion membership in order to join the Interstellar Counterintelligence Corps, occasionally returning as a bit player ally in the Legion’s massive galactic tapestry…
