5) M. BISON HATES JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME
Another would-be world-beater, M. Bison wants not only to take control of the world, but to genetically engineer super soldiers to keep everything under control. That’s a couple of steps further than Trevor Goodchild or The Defenders, but they aren’t played with gusto and relish by the late Raul Julia, who makes it all seem like it might be a good idea with force of personality and spirited scenery chewing.
