Skelton Crew Studio has launched its first Kickstarter campaign to fund an upcoming bust based on Tony Chu from the Image Comics series, Chew.
Designed by Israel Skelton and Rob Guillory, the 7-inch statue is sculpted by Derek Hallett.
Tony’s emerging from a can of beets with a label designed by Rob with plenty of “CHEW”-y nods on the back (“Instructions: Open container. Throw directly into trash. Seriously. Why would you ever think of eating this? Ew.”)
The campaign is trying to raise $22,000 over the next 28 days (as of this post), and is nearly halfway to its goal.
