Nickelodeon will be wrapping of the second season of The Legend of Korra on Friday, but since the network has released the episode online already much has been discussed about the future of the show. Series creators, Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, recently discussed the ideas to be shown in Book 3, and the title of the season, which you can read after the jump. Obviously spoilers will be contained within.
DiMartino and Konietzko spoke to The Wall Street Journal’s “Speakeasy” blog about the future of Korra and has this to say:
The title of Book 3 is going to be called ‘Change’. It’s all about Korra dealing with the change of the world in this point in time. At the end of Book 2 she says it’s a new era. And it really is and we’re going to show how Harmonic Convergence and her battle with Unalaq and Vaatu kind of shifted the world a bit.
I have yet to watch an episode of Korra this season, but these words from the creators and from what I have heard from Major Spoilers own Stephen and Rodrigo it may be time to sit down and binge watch the whole season.

This season had a bit of a slow start for me, but really kicked into high gear over the past 6 episodes.
It was an emotional rollercoaster of “This looks ominous, could they be going… there?” to, “No, they wouldn’t do…. that. That would be horrible” and ending up at, “They totally went there. My head has a’sploded”
I have a theory about how it will play out involving choosing to become the new and then Korra will have to go to the in order to which will allow her to restore balance to the world.
All in all I am pleased with season 2 and look forward to season 3.
hurry and watch it easily one of the best shows and cartoons on tv
Whatever complaints there were during the season, I must say it really pulled together by the end.
Can’t make it fast enough!
Sounds good and all, but seeing as it took about 6 episodes to really get involved with the Spirits that were the reason for the season’s title, I expect Korra this time to get halfway through the season before noticing that there are spirits in the human world.
