When it comes to adaptations of comic book properties, I’m a notoriously hard fan to please. I like the tone and casting of Supergirl, but not the plots. I hated Titans up and down, with the sole exception of Esai Morales. Anybody who listens to our Flashback podcast knows my alternating frustration and elation about The Flash, and I loved What If…?, Loki and WandaVision, while mildly enjoying The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. After spending a decade or so staunchly refusing to admit the existence of Young Justice, I watched the first two episodes of Season 4, which now has my wife interested in seeing more, leading to today’s streaming TV query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) liked Teen Titans more than Teen Titans Go!, and still misses WB’s Legion of Super-Heroes, asking: *Should* I watch more ‘Young Justice?’

You should watch Stargirl. Between it an Loki, there’s a very high “Wilson” quotient in super-hero TV, and not in a bad way.
As for Young Justice, does your wife only watch if you watch? If so, then “yes, dear” seems an appropriate response.
Unfortunately, Young Justice is not going to show up on Starz at any point, so probably not.
But now that I’ve said you probably shouldn’t watch, I’m sure the contrarian in you will turn around and watch it immediately.
But now that I’ve gone meta and referenced Matthew’s contrarianism to every recommendation given to him on MSP, you might not, just to spite me.
By now, smoke should be coming out of your ears, and springs and gears should be popping out of the top of your head. What do you do, hotshot? What do you do?
There is a supposed Legion of Superheroes subplot in this years Young Justice….. so as A legion fan I would recommend you at least watch it once so you have some basis for being able to complain about what they did to the characters that you know/knew and love/d.
ps:happy wife=happy life.
