The thing about Canadia, our neighbor to the North, is that it gives us many of our favorite people. Dan Aykroyd, Wayne Gretsky, Sandra Oh, The Rock. Even our very Major Spoilers Podcast co-host Ashley V. Robinson hails from the Great White North, which brings me to the long and rich history of Canadian superheroes. Nelvana of the Northern Lights is a Golden Age great, while Deadpool is canonically from Regina (which rhymes with fun.) Heck, there’s even that one guy from the X-Men, which now that I think of it will easily skew the polls, leading to today’s bilingual query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) loves Mister Monster, Northguard and Johnny Canuck, but really loves the man-machine known as Box, asking: Who is your favorite Canadian hero who is not Wolverine?

Roger Bachs had a lot going for him until Mignola upended the character.
I’d say my favorite would be Puck. He has that bounce in his step and seems to rebound from every bad situation.
Correction: ‘Mignola’ should be ‘Mantlo’.
