One is here to save the day. One entreats us to never fear. Each has superhuman strength, speed, flight powers and truly weird ears, as well as an oddly nasally voice. But which animal hero would reign supreme? The orange-and-red defender of liberty who inspired not only Andy Kaufman but a long-running luchadore, or the blue-and-red canine whose energy vitamin pills provided an early gig for future Lannister Peter Dinklage? The mind boggles, the gears grind, and decision-making becomes nearly impossible, leading us to today’s cape-and-tail query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) is now entertained imagining Wally Cox and Andy Kaufman wrestling for the championship, asking: Underdog or Mighty Mouse?

I always like to root for the Underdog.
Yeah, mice have been dancing on the tables long enough.
Saturday morning cartoons in Puerto Rico back in the 70s would be nothing without the Mighty Mouse catchphrase playing out at full volume across our neighborhood.
Management would like you to tell us the difference between these two characters:
They are the same!
Dog > Mouse.
Underdog gained his physical powers (speed of lightning, power of thunder) from an Underdog Energy Vitamin Pill.
Mighty Mouse got his atomic powers (including telekinesis, turning back time and energy manipulation) from eating super products from the supermarket.
TOTALLY DIFFERENT!
LOL I understand that reference…
