If you were bummed that you live outside the United States of America, and won’t be able to get access to the DC Universe streaming service, you are in luck as Netflix will distribute the Titans series internationally when it debuts on October 12th.
Titan, the 11-episode drama series based on the DC comic series Teen Titans, follows Robin, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, and “more” as they deal with life post Robin uttering the phrase “Fudge Batman” (only it wasn’t fudge that he said.) For some reason I thought Cyborg was part of this series, but I guess not… unless that is what they mean by and “more,” though we already know Hawk and Dove are set to make appearances in the series at some point.
Domestically, you’ll have to have the DC Universe streaming service, but this is not the first deal Netflix has struck for international viewing of locked down services content. Last year, Netflix subscribers outside the U.S. were able to watch episodes of Star Trek: Discovery within 24-hours of the CBS All Access release.
For those not yet on the DC Universe streaming service, will international feedback change your mind about signing up?
