1) SILVERBLADE
HERE, KARL! ARE YOU HAPPY NOW? ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED???
Specializing in big-screen swashbucklers during Hollywood’s Golden Age, Jonathan Lord was far past his prime by the 1980s. When his butler/only actual friend brought home a strange magic statue, Jonathan jumped at the chance to relive his youth (without really considering the consequences of taking boons from talking bird statues.) Now able to transform into an character he ever played on celluloid, Jonathan Lord became (among other identities) Silverblade!
Recent issues of Justice League of America have referenced Jonathan as a real actor in the current incarnation of the DCU, with the film ‘Silverblade’ specifically referenced, so… he’s got that going for him.
Which is nice, y’know…
Thanks to Faithful Spoilerite Karl (@Yoyology) for incessantly insisting on this week’s topic since roughly 1991… Feel free to chime in with your own suggestions and follow along @MightyKingCobra for more Ten Things madness on Twitter or check out the full archive here! As with any set of like items, these aren’t meant to be hard and fast or absolutely complete, especially if all of Goofy’s cartoon appearances are considered canon with his days as Super-Goof.
Either way, the comments section is Below for just such an emergency, but, as always: Please, no wagering!

Wasn’t Crossfire from DNAgents land (Eclipse Comics) a Hollywood guy? Also the Fly from Marvel — a stuntman? Not sure about that one.
Crossfire was a bail bondsman in L.A., so tangentially Hollywood…
“Human Fly”, sorry.

Thanks for the lists! Always fun
The Human Fly was a fave-rave of mine, based loosely on a real-life stuntman, so his absence here is entirely one of “only ten spaces.” :)
I would have included Animal Man and Blue Devil on the list. Both of them are stunt/special effects guys.
Ooh, Blue Devil is an excellent call!
