During The Flash panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, it was confirmed that The Thinking is coming to the CW series in Season 4.
Neil Sandilands will play the Thinker (aka Clifford Devoe), a metahuman who pits the fastest man alive with the fastest mind alive. The Thinker’s main goal for the season is to try and fix all that he sees wrong with humanity.
Joining Sandilands as the Thinker will be Kim Engelbrecht who will play The Mechanic, an engineer who designs the devices used by Devoe.
In Season 3, Jessica Camacho was introduced as the bounty hunter Gypsy from Earth-19, and in Season 4, we’re going to meet another bounty hunter called Breacher, played by Danny Trejo. And the big surprise? Breacher is Gypsy’s father who wants to prevent anyone from traveling to his Earth.
Danielle Panabaker hinted that we might see both Caitlin Snow and Killer Frost a lot this season, as she loves playing a villain. The way Season 3 ended, many of us wondered if she would be returning (hint: she is. See the video below).

It does look like Keiynan Lonsdale will wear the Flash costume for at least one episode.
