Ponder, for a moment, the X-Man called Storm. Controlling the forces of nature on both micro and macro scale, she once meteorologically screwed up the entire East Coast so her friend could have a sunny wedding. The actual extent of her abilities is staggering, given the variety of factors that make up “weather”, and she’s a skilled thief and sorta-ninja to boot. Had she turned evil like so many of her colleagues, I can’t imagine who could realistically stop her, leading to today’s combative query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) knows one thing for sure, she’d mess up the TV version of Weather Wizard, asking: What other weather manipulator stands a chance against Storm?

Thor is one of the strongest candidates. He’s a real heavyweight when written as such.
I’m not in the mood to get complicated on this one so I’ll say: THOR. Matches her on storm control. Granted she’s more versatile, but its not like a heat wave or a stationary pressure front is going to cause Odinson a problem so we’re really just concerned with destructive weather which Thor can match her on a local level. So then it’s hammer time.
If I remember correctly they’ve actually fought once in comics and Storm was unable to hurt him (Magic beats Mutant apparently).
The Weather Wizard would give her a run for the money. He can catch and throw lightning, generate tornadoes (even in someone’s body).
