Those who are attending Wizard World Comic Con New Orleans as Captain America VIPs will receive an exclusive Civil War #1 variant by Michael Golden.
The convention organizer made the announcement yesterday afternoon, and if you are a Captain America VIP, this variant might be something you want to grab and bag.
A hugely popular Wizard World guest, Michael Golden has penciled everything from Batman to Captain America to Vampirella. If a fan brings up a character, Golden has probably worked on it at some point in his career. His ‘Storytelling’ panel is not to be missed by aspiring artists, or those who just want a little more insight into this iconic artist’s work.
VIPs get into the convention 30 minutes before everyone else, as well as a coupon to have one of your comics graded by CGC, and of course the Golden variant cover.
Wizard World Comic Con New Orleans kicks off on Friday, January 8, 2016 and runs through January 10th.
