There has been a lot of rumors all over the Internet for the last couple of months that Peter Jackson was interested in and wanted to direct an episode of Doctor Who. Last night, Jackson posted a video to his Facebook page that may indicate the rumors are real.

I’m on the fence. It wouldn’t be the first time he took part in a Doctor Who joke since he participated in “The Five(ish) Doctors” a couple of years ago, but I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that he may indeed be working on an episode or two. I’m sort of hoping he is going to work on the series just because it would be interesting to see the result.
