Entertainment Weekly has released the first images for the upcoming Harry Potter prequel movie, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. If you like your magic olde tyme (and are not a no-maj or muggle), then I think you’ll get a kick out of these images.
The magazine has a lot of photos featuring Eddie Redmayne, who plays Newt Scamander, and co-stars Katherine Waterston (Porpentina “Tina” Goldstein), Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein) and Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski) in period garb.
Entertainment Weekly has a lot more photos to gawk at and speculate if this movie will take place only in America or in other places around the globe. The brief synopsis seems to place it only in 1920s New York.
