Marvel is bringing a Rocket Raccoon variant exclusive to the San Diego Comic Con, and the publisher has enlisted Jeff Smith to do the art!
“How cool is it to see Jeff Smith — the creator of the seminal Bone — render Marvel’s SDCC exclusive variant cover, featuring this year’s breakout comic character? Pretty cool,” says Marvel Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso in a prepared statement.
Definitely pretty cool!
This cover is limited to 5,000 copies and has a $10.00 price tag. I expect fans of Bone will want to get their hands on this – and of course pick one up for your favorite Major Spoiler owner (hint, hint).
