The BBC has announced that the next season of Sherlock will air in 2015.
According to the report, Sherlock will begin filming in January – one will be a special episodes as well as three regular episodes which will air later in 2015, with the rest of the produced episodes landing on BBC and PBS in 2016.
There have not been any exact dates for the series to premiere, but it looks like we can expect to see Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman on the small screen in November, if I had to make a guess.
Can everyone wait that long for the next season of the modern day retelling of Sherlock Holmes, or are long production starts and short seasons getting the better of American audiences?
