First up, two pages from the upcoming title Forever Evil which will signal the start of Villain Month throughout the DCU. Forever Evil is being written by Geoff Johns with artwork done byDavid Finch and Richard Friend.
More Geoff John’s book art as pages from Aquaman #22 were shown.
Jeff Lemire had his time to shine also pages from Green Arrow #22 as well Trillium, which he is writing and doing artwork for, were shown.
Artwork from the upcoming Fables storyline, Camelot, was also shown at the panel.
And so was the cover for the Fables Encyclopedia which will be available later this Fall.
Gail Simone showed off upcoming covers from her DC issues, Batgirl #24 and Movement #5.
To wrap up the artwork came the announcement of a Harley Quinn-centric Injustice Annual that is coming up.
During the Q&A portion of the panel the only tidbit of news came from Tom Taylor (Injustice: Gods Among Us) about the direction he will be taking Earth 2 now that he will be writing it. Taylor said that he will be focusing more on Batman, but that he will continue to build on the underlying story of James Robinson.
Not many big announcements from this panel, but there are some great pieces of art for you to look through. Make sure to keep checking Major Spoilers as we keep you up-to-date on what is happening out in San Diego!
