The CW has announced that Arrow held on to its audience for a second week, and surprisingly, saw an audience rise in men 18-34 by 20%.
According to the press release (and it would only be worded this way in a press release):
ARROW is the only new network drama this season to maintain its audience in both adults 18-34 and adults 18-49 from its premiere to its second week.
ARROW held 86% of its audience from last week’s premiere in total viewers (3.6M).
ARROW outperformed NBC’s comedies in the 8:00-9:00 pm hour in adults 18-34 and tied in adults 18-49. ARROW tied for second in the hour among men 18-34, and beat NBC and FOX among men 18-49 (1.5/5).
I gave the second episode a look-see, but my interest in the series is quickly waning for a variety of reasons, including acting, editing, and inconsistencies in continuity from episode to episode.
