A few weeks ago we told you you could purchases a Best Buy Special Edition of Batman: Arkham City would include a playable version of Robin. Today, we get to see what Robin will look like.
Robin will come complete with his own unique gadgets and special moves, and will be playable in all challenge maps in the game, as well as two additional challenge maps that are included with the pack – Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape. The pack will also contain a bonus Red Robin character skin.
This is the Tim Drake version of Robin, but if you were hoping for Co-Op, forget it. The publishers say this is still a single player game.
Batman: Arkham City arrives in stores this Fall.

Makes me kind of want to get it from Best Buy now. Unless they will release it as DLC a few months down the road.
i wonder how long until gamestop announces the dick grayson robin preorder bonus dlc.
Robin? With a CREW-CUT?!?!?!!? Blasphemy!!! This is insult to all Robin’s everywhere!! THe streets must now run red with blood!!
This is a joke. Don’t take it seriously
Why is he bald…?
But seriously, I still wish there was some co-op piece of the game. I know the uninformed, general masses hate Robin, but if they’re using Tim then that’s awesome. Tim is still one of my favorite DC characters. The Red Robin skin will be cool too. Too bad us poor people who only rent with Gamefly won’t ever get to play this cool bonus stuffs.
Looks more like Damian Wayne than Tim.
I second that.
The hair make him more like Damian Wayne.
Worse, since he is an adult, he is more like Chris O’ Donnel’ Robin in Schumacher’s movies.
The example the first game set as far as characterization and appearance makes me trust what they’re doing here.
I’m curious as to why Robin wears pants whilst Batman is the one in tights?
All I really want is at least a mode where the fighting can get a little more visceral, and not quite so easy to just stand back 200 feet and shoot her grappling hook or batarangs at the bad guys and dispatch them like that. I gotta say though, the first game was one of the few games that I used a walkthrough on during my first run through. Not for the overall plot, but mostly so that I could get the Riddler’s clues and all that in order and not end up missing something and being unable to go back to a spot easily and get it later, or simply forget that it was there.
Any one else think he looks a little like Eminem?
i dig it, it’ll probably look way more awesome in full colour, and anyway, in keeping wiht the weird melding of Batman:TAS aesthetics with the grittier ultraviolence of arkham city, it makes sense that Robin would be more of a skinhead badass than the schoolboy-cut we see in the comics and whatnot, can’t wait to play him, and that staff, i wonder how detailed his combat repertoire will be
