Variety is reporting that Russell Crowe is in talks to play Jor-El in the upcoming Zack Snyder Man or Steel movie to be released by Warner Bros. If cast, Crowe will join Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Kevin Costner (Johnathan Kent), and Henry Cavill (Superman).
Can Crowe take on the role of Jor-El? Can he pull it off better than Marlon Brando? And in a fight, whose father would win – adoptive father Johnathan Kent, or paternal Jor-El?
