Love me some Booster Gold. One of my favorite books. Every time I read Generation Lost, I think about my Mike Norton convention sketch with Booster giving a noogie to Jamie Reyes.
I’ve always had a soft spot for superheros shooting the breeze in costume
I’d like a Double Planet Pounder with lots of cheese please. Haven’t been picking this title up, and I don’t know why not. I love Booster Gold/Blue Beetle/Miracle Man (granted I think I liked the older Miracle Man but still) and I just haven’t been able to buy as many books as I’d like either way, not since my wife took off work to have our baby and it’s been just my income for about 9 weeks now. One question, when I saw Skeets (2.0?) there, is that how he looked back in 52? I though he was rounder and looked less like an old alarm clock that was meant to look futuristic like 15 years ago. I think I’d like it more if he was flipped upside down and the little fins on the bottom were on top kinda like ears, I mean Skeets is a full-fledged character and the other side of the coin to Booster, his design is just as important as Booster’s. If it’s the same design as always then, well, I’m a schmuck and I recind my comment.
