correction, New Earth is Earth-0, as mentioned by Monitor Zillo Valla in Superman Beyond 3-D issue 1.

The armed Batman screams Vigilante to me.

Bicycle wheel might be a wheelchair wheel, so Batwoman might actually be Barbara Gordon or maybe the woman in the coffin is a dead Oracle? It was stablished way back in Birds of Prey that after she was Brainiac host that her legs were slowly starting to work again.

I just hope armored Batman isn’t another Cyborg Superman type of deal…

P.S.- Where is Huntress and Catwoman? Are the fact they are missing significant?

Good call on the wheelchair Rico. If the Batman #666 story is indeed continuity, we do see Barbara walking around as the new commissioner.

Great recap of issue #6. I am starting to enjoy the series again. It started rough, and I am not sure I like all the tie ins, but I will be happy to see the end.

The helmet of the armored batman is reminiscient of Prometheus.

It could be just me, but I have a funny feeling the “two-face” Batman is the Joker. Half of the joker card is in shadow, and the two face batman is blocking the “normal” part of his face. And look at the grin.

I wouldnt be putting any money on it, but since I thought of it, the idea of it just wont go away.
