There are several reasons to get on the Twitter; you get to see what kind of antics Rodrigo, Matthew, and I are up to, you can see a revolution play out in real-time, and you can stalk follow your favorite celebrity.
Those who follow Elizabeth Hurley spotted a tweet a few hour ago, where she announced she will play Veronica Cale, the pharmaceutical industrialist, as the villain in NBC’s Wonder Woman pilot.
Wonder Woman is written by David E. Kelley, and stars Adrianne Palicki.

The name “Circe” comes to mind.
Why?
I don’t know, I think she would make a good Circe. Remember when she played the devil? Now imagine her as Circe acting as she did in “Bedazzled”.
Exactly my thoughts.
But no hopes of Batman singing the blues this time.
That JLU episode was great:
“Circe: (as Batman sings) Beautiful.
Zatanna: And you’ll keep your word?
Circe: A deal’s a deal. (short pause) He can stop now.
Zatanna: Not on your life.”
Points for using an actual comic book villain but it would have been more interesting to go with Dr. Psycho, Cheetah, Circe, or anyone from Olypmus if you ask me. But at least the show is going to be grounded in reality.
When do we start mistakenly call her Lex? Or Lexie?
We call her “Alexia” the moment she asks her head of security to kill the last henchman to fail to eliminate WW while looking out her giant glass window in the top floor of her company’s sky crapper.
I just can’t watch her anymore without the lines from the first “Austin Powers” movie running through my head.
Shame they couldn’t get an actress. ;)
