December can’t get here fast enough! I so want to see Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit, and the latest trailer as me wanting to visit the Misty Mountains and tell riddles in the dark.

RETRO REVIEW: Battle Of The Planets – Jason #1 (July 2003)
I SO WANT TO SEE THIS MOVIE! The Hobbit has always been the more approachable of Tolkien’s work, yet in spite of the simple storyline, the best we ever got was the dismal Rankin Bass renditioning of The Hobbit, which was on par with their Rudolf and Frosty Christmas specials. Like a cheese sandwich made with one thin slice of “American” processed cheese, not terrible but not great, either. After the wonderful glory of TLOTR trilogy of films, I can’t wait to see what Peter Jackson does with The Hobbit! OH BOY! See, Schlelcher, I’m not ALWAYS cynical! :P
