Heroic Publishing has announced that it is increasing the number of releases of Champions Adventures to twice every quarter, thanks in part to fan interest in the company’s newest character, Winter Wonderlass.

The curious thing about the Winter Wonderlass is that even in the world of Flare and the League of Champions, she’s a fictional character. She doesn’t really exist. She’s just a character ICESTAR made up for a comic book story he pitched to the publishers of the official Champions comic book.

The change in the release schedule beings with issue #5 in October, with new issues appearing in December, January, March, and April.

I’m curious how many Major Spoilerites read League of Champions, and the various spin-off books, and if the added content makes the draw that much more appealing.
