According to Dateline, David James Kelly has been hired by 20th Century Fox to rewrite the Daredevil movie.

Though it isn’t clear exactly what needs to be rewritten, reports have the studio basing the next movie on the Born Again arc by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli that features the return of the Kingpin, who discovers Daredevil’s true identity, which leads to a big building going boom, and Matt Murdoch going a bit crazy for a while.

There’s no word on when we might see this movie hit the big screen, and if it will have Ben Affleck donning the mask again. What we do know is that David Slade is directing.

Dunno sounds kinda weak. I’d like to see the moral dynamic play out between him and the Punisher like in the current issues. A buddy cop movie type. You know a formula that actually works.
