The Hellboy Animated line debuts with The Sword of Storms, a new animated version of Mike Mignola’s Hellboy, being produced by Starz Media and released on DVD by Starz Home Entertainment. Video game luminaries join forces to bring Marvel’s iconic universe of Super Heroes exclusively to Windows Vista and Xbox 360 platforms Today at X06, Xbox’s annual official industry event in Barcelona, Spain, Microsoft Game Studios announced further details around its eagerly awaited project based on the Marvel universe of Super Heroes. Microsoft and Marvel Entertainment confirmed that Cryptic Studios has been named the developer of “Marvel Universe Online,” the highly anticipated massively multiplayer online (MMO) video game exclusive to Xbox 360 and Windows Vista.
Gentle Giant Ltd. will be releasing Bustups of the Hellboy Animated series. These tiny little statues have amazing detail, and for only a couple of bucks (six to be exact) you can own them all. Series One will include: Hellboy in Kimono, Hellboy vs. Batgod, Fighting Hellboy, Lightning and Thunder with Build-a-figure Skeleton. I’m a big fan of stop motion animation; pose the figure, take a snap, adjust the figure, take a snap, and so on.
