If you loved Dustin Nguyen’s take on the Marvel characters, be prepared to be blown away with this mini version of the Batman Universe. im sure the costumes are all way off and some are more deformed than others. but for some reason, i have no problem improvising costumes and features for Gotham characters. i figure if they looked cool to me, that was fun enough. unlike the marvel one i did here, where i actually had to go out to look for costumes and ref what they kinda look like. Very very cool. You can see more of Dustin’s…

DeviantArt is a great place to find works by the talented (and not so talented) artists of the world. Fortunately, “Jolly Jack” falls into the talented category and scores bonus points for the Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull dig. What is it about George Lucas’ ability to create a character(s) that bring up so much hate per generation? Be it Admiral Ackbar, Jar-Jar Binks, Howard the Duck (admittedly not created by Lucas, but destroyed by him none-the-less), and now CG Gophers, Lucas has done wonders in getting the fanboy community to stop fighting amongst themselves over…

Who is Sean Galloway, and why does his art look familiar? Are you watching the Spectacular Spider-Man on the Kids’ WB! Saturday mornings? That’s where you’ve seen Sean’s work. Take the jump for Galloway’s take on Thor, plus a sketch of the above image.
Over at the official Adam Hughes site, the master has unveiled his Women of the DC Universe poster that you’ll only be able to pick up at the various conventions Hughes will be appearing at this year. The editors at DC saw this photograph, and asked that she be added to the roster of Heroines and Villianesses on the piece. At that time, the image had already been…

Now this is a maquette I would buy in an instant if it were real. Classic lines, great art style, no cheesecake pose to get the fanboys and fangirls in an uproar…sigh, if only… Amazing art via TraditionalDanimatio
