Next week, Major Spoilers Entertainment will release our audiobook version of The Dunwich Horror as a serialized podcast.
“The Dunwich Horror” is a horror novella by American writer H. P. Lovecraft. Written in 1928, it was first published in the April 1929 issue of Weird Tales (pp. 481–508). It takes place in Dunwich, a fictional town in Massachusetts. It is considered one of the core stories of the Cthulhu Mythos.
This is a project Dr. Brad Will and I started way back in 2018, but because of a) not enough free time, b) a global pandemic, and c) life getting in the way, this project sat on the Major Spoilers hard drive until the nagging feeling of needing to get things down, prompted me to finally get this project off my plate.
Next week, you’ll be able to hear Dr. Will read the story chapter by chapter, and if we’ve done our maths correctly, will culminate with the final battle on October 31, 2022.
