RODRIGO: If someone had asked me what my dream writer/artist combo would be I would not have said Dorkin/Fish. But now that I’m looking at this I realize I would have been a fool.
STACY: Evan Dorkin is one of those writers you really like, but you don’t see enough of. Combining him with the Veronica Fish’s art makes this a must for me.
STEPHEN: I really enjoyed the heck out of this book when I reviewed it on the Major Spoilers Podcast earlier this month. It is very Harry Potter meets THe Magicians, but who doesn’t like magical kids learning how to use their powers against unknown evil entities.
FLASH/SPEED BUGGY SPECIAL #1

MATTHEW: DC has fully embraced the stable of WB properties, and ludicrous or not, this one is a natural. Bonus points for using Wally West, the more interesting Flash.

MATTHEW: I am really leery of what’s going to happen to the Super-family, but I’m tentatively excited for this new take on Superman. Fingers crossed it’s not a trainwreck.
STEPHEN: It’s a new era for Superman, Bendis and DC Comics! Widll this go the way of John Byrne’s Superman, or will it blow up like New 52 Superman (spoilers). I’m hoping for a win for everyone.
