Dabel Brothers Publishing is excited to welcome Wes Harris to its growing executive team. In his role as VP of Business Development, Harris will work to cultivate new partnerships and lead the way toward innovative opportunities for sales and growth. The move will enable Dabel Brothers to expand its reach in the comic and graphic novel arena as well as in TV and film.

Harris brings to the company an impressive background in management and business development, where his accomplishments include securing direct sales orders with major national accounts such as Disney Parks Merchandise, Scholastic Book Fairs, and Hastings, in addition to leading product and branding efforts and driving business strategy initiatives for companies across the book and digital media publishing industry. His past positions include VP of Business Development at White Wolf Publishing, Director of Brand and Product Marketing at Viz Media, and VP of Publishing at BOOM! Studios.

As VP of Business Development, Harris will leverage his unique experience to plan and implement strategies to increase sales and grow and scale the business. In addition to special account sales and foreign language sub-license sales, Harris will oversee the management of inbound and outbound licensing as well as contract negotiation and drafting.
