Let’s face it, we are all doomed to work in the salt mines run by our robot overlords. We won’t have a choice, and if we are lucky we’ll be one of the few who will be used for a battery to run the kingdom of the robots. Even though our free will will be removed, there’s still a chance for us to vote on our robot overlord.

I got to vote Ultron, specifically the Ultron from Annihilation Conquest if I get to pick. That galactic empire seemed very livable to me. Skynet just seems too murder happy.
I went with Ultron. Skynet is never going to stop trying to exterminate humanity whereas Ultron is (in some versions at least) content to rule over it. I like my odds better with Ultron.

Ultron. He’s at least more interesting.
Ultron. If Skynet took over, the we live in the Terminator Universe, If Ultron takes over we live in the Marvel Universe. Statistically speaking there are more heroes in the Marvel Universe. and that gives us a better chance at survival. always go with the numbers.
I chose Ultron.
Because if he took over at least the soothing voice of James Spader would be my slave master and not mindless machine voices.
Colossus, Dr. Forbin’s project, as a write-in candidate.
Skynet isn’t an overlord – it’s an exterminator. Clearly, the only answer is Ultron – at least under his rule I have a chance to live.
Ultron, because I can see myself having an ever so slim chance of survival compared to if Skynet took over and used us all as… whatever skynet uses humans for.
Of course, Skynet has it’s appeal as well. Terminators that look like Summer Glau? Yeah, I think I’d be among the first to die when those come out.
I vote for neither. I vote for Colossus as in the novel and movie “Colossus – the Forbin Project”. If you haven’t seen this rather sterile B-rated gem from 1970 – it was one of the first evil computer movies. And it set the stage for all others that followed. It wasn’t a great movie, and it featured a lot of wooden actors doing boring things for nearly two hours while Colossus begins to extend its reach and achieves artificial intelligence on its own. The ending of the movie, though, was chilling, delivering one of the classic lines in all sci-fi… after defeating all attempts to turn the machine off, Colossus manages to gain control over all the nuclear missiles in the world and then takes control over all radio and television and speaks for the first time: “THIS IS THE VOICE OF WORLD CONTROL. I BRING YOU PEACE…” Skynet and Ultron – nor HAL 9000 – could not hold a patch to Colossus – because in the novel and the movie Colossus wins!
