I really enjoyed this episode. Heart broken over Fitz. Loved the comic relief of Patton Oswalt and Clark Gregg crank calls. Hope to see Coulson in the field some this season and not just behind a desk. SPOILER: I know dead people are rarely permanently dead in the comic world, but did they really bring in Lucy Lawless to kill her off in the first episode??
DUDE. 24-hours spoiler rule.
Wait, what? Please tell me you’re joking. Hard to tell tone through text.
You can’t come to a site that says “Talk Back” and “Major Spoilers”, and invoke the 24-hour spoiler rule. As for tonight’s episode: AMAZING!
I suppose he also doesn’t want to know that Snape killed Dumbledore. Or Maggie shot Mr. Burns. Or that “To Serve Man” is a cookbook.
Or that Soylent Green is people! It’s made out of people!
LIGHTYEARS past the series premiere.
Dark tones, overlapping plot lines, interesting new characters. First half of last season, I had serious doubts this show was going to work. Really looking forward to this season.
Set a decent tone. Established the new status quo really well. Hinted at a multi episode story arc, maybe too little though. The introduction of new characters was well handled, but in this singular episode it might’ve been a few too many. The Absorbing man might not have had a lot of dialogue, but I think they did a fair job of defining the character.
